David started Tidy Bees in early 2022 after identifying a real need for better service and reliability in the wake of the property market boom.

Many of our clients are time poor kiwis needing home & garden maintenance that they never get around to! Having owned 5 rental properties previously, David knows all too well the frustration of getting property maintenance done to his own high standards at a fair price pre-sale and post tenancy.

Being a Jack of all trades, and with encouragement of friends and family, David gave up his well paid corporate role to instead do what he loves (this!) at "half the income, but twice the happiness", and hasn't looked back! References from clients include "I wish I'd known about you sooner" and "I'm going to refer you to everyone". David has a couple of lads and a daughter whom he takes on epic tramping adventures, mountain biking and camping whenever he can.
